INT is_UpdateDisplay (HIDS hf)
Description
is_UpdateDisplay() updates manually the display in DirectDraw modes. Normally the driver does the update automatically. In some cases it can be necessary to update manually the display because of changed conditions (see is_SetDisplayMode()).
Parameters
hf: Frame grabber handle
Return value
IS_SUCCESS, IS_NO_SUCCESS
