Syntax
INT is_HasVideoStarted (HIDS hf, BOOL* pbo)
Description
is_HasVideoStarted() can check whether the digitizing of an image has started or not. This function is useful when used together with is_FreezeVideo() and the parameter IS_DONT_WAIT.
