INT is_DisableDDOverlay (HIDS hf)
Description
When in DirectDraw back buffer mode, is_DisableDDOverlay() deactivates the overlay mode and releases the memory which is currently occupied by the overlay, which causes the overlay data to be deleted.
Parameters
hf: Frame grabber handle
Return value
IS_SUCCESS, IS_NO_SUCCESS
